CANCELLATION POLICY
At PR1VATE Recovery, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client.
More Than 24 Hours Notice
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice will not incur a fee.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session value.
Same-Day Cancellations
Appointments cancelled on the day of the appointment may be charged up to 100% of the session fee.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged the full session fee.
Late Arrivals
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment session to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.
The full session fee may still apply.
Exceptional Circumstances
PR1VATE Recovery understands that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur.
Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of PR1VATE Recovery.
